Unlike the China Bible ministry, however, the main challenge for North Korea isn’t how efficiently to deliver Bibles, but how to deliver it, period, since so few copies are getting into North Korea.

To increase the flow, all existing methods should be increased dramatically. Balloons imprinted with Gospels other than just Mark, as well as the rest of the Bible and even tracts should rain down on North Korea, not just occasionally but whenever the Lord blows the wind towards it.

Every North Korean refugee who risks death and volunteers to go back with Bibles and radios capable of picking up Christian broadcasts from abroad should be supplied.

In addition, a project like the Project Pearl should be considered, not necessarily to smuggle in a million Bibles by sea in one night, but to take the Word of God into North Korea in a way that demonstrates to the North Korean Christians and the world that North Korea's gates of Hades too have been breached and will not stand against the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
