Bible Printing - Disadvantages

As also mentioned earlier, smuggling Bibles into China risks only a nominal fine for the Western Bible smugglers, to whom the confiscated Bibles are even returned on their out of China.

By contrast, Chinese Christians who are caught printing, warehousing and/or transporting Bibles that had been "illegally" printed inside China face prison sentences, and the confiscated Bibles are not returned.
